Our Process: On-Site Services

All registration personnel complete our First Impression Training, which prepares them to handle your attendees’ needs more efficiently and pleasantly. We share the same goals – short lines and happy attendees. In this regard, RTI’s on-site advantage goes far beyond our state-of-the-art hardware and software.

On-Site Services Include:

Training and supervision of registration staff – All staff are thoroughly trained in the use of the system, which features full-size keyboards, easy-to-read screens and a customized, user-friendly program. Coupled with our exclusive FIRST IMPRESSION TRAINING, your attendees are registered quickly and efficiently, and leave the registration area with a positive impression of your event and organization.

Reliable equipment – Our computers are tested prior to shipping and upon arrival at your show. We provide a back-up system to process and store data and your database is protected with an uninterruptible power supply (UPS).

Verification of attendance – Several procedures are available to verify attendees, including badge scanning, entrance hall tracking, multi-hall tracking, lead retrieval verification and session tracking.

Informative reports – End-of-the-day reports, as well as on-demand reporting is available to our clients. Reports are customized to include categories and sub-categories if required. Session and financial reports are also available.
